Graham Stephan spent his years after high school working as a real estate agent in Los Angeles, closing hundreds of millions of real estate deals. Now he’s a YouTube star.
Since January 2017, Graham has been releasing popular YouTube videos detailing how to invest, how to become a millionaire, how to become a successful real estate agent, how to buy real estate, and how he bought a Tesla for free.
Graham’s ability to make boring topics interesting is the biggest reason why his channel has seen the growth it has. His transparency with income numbers, his income streams, and how he spends his ridiculous income is really refreshing as he exists within an economy that isn’t so authentic.
Graham’s biggest skillset is his ability to create catchy thumbnails, titles, and then deliver on the promise of the thumbnail by releasing tens of minutes long content that’s entertaining, value driven, and educational.
Graham Stephan now has over 1.3mm followers on his main YouTube channel alone. His second channel, The Graham Stephan Show, has accumulated over 275k followers at the date of this video releasing.

Amazing!!
All he talks about is his real-estate and brags about his millions of dollars hes made. He tells us to buy rental properties which is very stupid, if you are a experienced investor you know to never buy when its popular which real-estate is now but yet he promotes the idea of buying rentals to be financially free yeah good luck. 2010 was the time to buy rentals not now. His real revenue stream is from youtube teaching us to buy real-estate which thanks to the federal reserve and the government destroying the value of the dollar is becoming more unaffordable every day. A lot of these gurus either are ignorant of or hide the facts about inflation and how supply and demand affects prices etc…
And he's a total cheap skate so he always saves money

He seems genuine. He is a salesman, so I think sometimes that can come out, seemingly kind of a turn off if you've ever dealt with salespeople. I watch his videos, and I've never heard him try to scam.

Also, I've worked for guys worth 4-6 HUNDRED millions, who were self made. They all worked like crazy, didn't spend a lot and died way before me even though some were only a few years older. Working yourself into the ground isn't worth it. One guy tried to sneak in a conference call in his hospital room after a stroke. The Doctor asked what the hell were u thinking? He said but I got out of the ICU… lol.

Graham and Andre Jikh both are in same category. I feel they were interesting at first but these days there is a common pattern followed by both of them, Pick any current hot trending topic like BTC, crypto, dogecoin and just keep on releasing videos. This fits perfectly with the youtube algorithm. These are just knowledge bites entertainment, which you can absorb but your cant learn anything practical to do from it. Instead i feel its better to pick up more focus videos on thing you really want from YT. Infotainment becomes time wastage after sometime.
